Lens Changing Instructions

Lens changing instructions can also be found in the insert, which is included with each H3O system.

H3O Tsunami and Surge To Remove Lenses: Hold the H3O's with the front of the lenses facing you. With your thumb on the bottom edge of the lens near the nose piece, rotate the lens down while flexing up on the frame. This will discharge the lens from the nose bridge area. Slide the lens out of the outside corner. Repeat this with the other lens. To Replace Lenses: Once again, hold the frame with the front facing you. Slide the outside tab of the lens into the corner of the frame. Using the outside corner tab as a pivot point, rotate the lens into the slot of the nose bridge. With your thumb on the bottom edge of the lens, rotate and push the lens up into the frame until it pops into place while slightly flexing down on the frame.	<- Pivot Point
H3O Storm To Remove Lenses: Hold the glasses, front facing you. Starting with the lens on your right (this would be the lens for the left eye), place your left hand fingers on the top of the frame and your left thumb on the bottom edge of the lens. Position your right hand holding the frame, with your index finger on top and the thumb on bottom, near the outside corner of the lens (above the "H3O" logo). Flex the frame, near the logo, up and off of the outside rounded corner of the lens while rotating the lens down with your left thumb and grabbing it by the edge with your left index finger. Repeat with the other lens. To Replace Lenses: Insert the inside corner of the lens by the nose bridge, making sure it lines up in the slot from the bottom of the nose bridge to the top of the frame. Position the rounded outside corner of the lens at the bottom opening of the lens slot near the logo. While pressing the top edge of the lens into the top frame slot (with your fingers on top of the frame and your thumb on the bottom edge of the lens) flex the outside corner of the frame around the rounded outside corner of the lens. Repeat with the other lens.
H3O Platinum Edition and Sport Series To Remove Lens: Hold your H3O's upside down with the ear pieces open and facing you. With your left thumb on the edge of the lens, clamp it to the frame leaving your other hand free to release the nose piece. Grasp one side of the nose piece (not the soft nose pad) with the right thumb and index finger. Gently push it to the center and around the back of the lens. Do the same for the other side of the nose piece. While holding the center of the frame with one hand, grasp the bottom edge of the lens near the nose cut out and pull it from the frame. To Replace Lens: Once again hold the frame upside down with ear pieces facing you. Slide one corner tab of the lens into the corner of the frame. With your thumb on the bottom edge of the lens, clamp it to the frame making sure the 1st corner tab stays seated securely in the corner of the frame. With your other hand, align the top edge of the lens into the frame slot. While still clamping the 1st corner in place, push the 2nd corner tab straight down into the frame slot until it snaps into place. Continue to hold the lens in the frame with the left hand and replace one side of the nose piece onto the edge of the lens and then replace the other side.
